What's your return policy?

Return unworn items within 21 days for store credit or exchange. Original shipping costs aren't refundable; you'll be responsible for returning the items. Sale items and custom orders are final sale. Please email us first to start your return.

Do you offer refunds? 

Yes, we offer refunds under specific conditions. If you receive the wrong items or damaged items, we're here to help. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we'll take care of it for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Currently, we offer exchanges under specific conditions. If you're unsure which size would fit best, check our sizing charts—we have one for almost every item listed in our store, in the product description section. Our sizing chart should help you make an informed decision. If an item you ordered is incorrect, please let us know at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund.
